Is parking available at the hotel?
Parking at the hotel is available on a first come first serve basis in the secure car park (opposite the hotel) and is chargeable at £10.00 for an overnight stay. There is a 10 minute drop off point outside the hotel and guests need to obtain the car park access code from reception. The car park is open between 6am and midnight.
How far from the hotel is Silverstone Circuit?
Silverstone race circuit is within a 30 minute drive from the hotel.
The hotel is in Milton Keynes City Centre and is convenient for National Bowl, Gulliver’s Land and the MK Dons Stadium, all within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Woburn Safari Park is just a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

When is my debit/credit card charged?
Payment for your reservation is taken on the day that you check out. However, if you have booked an Advance Purchase Rate, payment is taken at the time of booking.
Do you require pre authorisation from a debit/credit card?
Pre authorisation is required for every reservation and is requested at reception on check in.
Do you accept payments in cash?
We do accept cash payments for accommodation however proof of ID is requested at the time of checking in, in the form of a valid Passport or Driving License.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?
There are no pets allowed, with the exception of guide dogs. Please inform the hotel in advance should you have a request to accommodate your helping dog.

Do you have sofa beds in the bedrooms?
We do have sofa beds, available in double bedrooms only, and these are subject to availability. The sofa beds are suitable for children up to the age of 12. Should you have a request for a sofa bed, please contact the hotel directly.
Restaurant
The hotel restaurant is open from 6pm and last orders are at 10pm. A 24 hour menu is also available.
